Pascual Villanueva Elementary School warmly welcomes Mr. Rolando Dela Rosa Roa for he is now officially part of the growing faculty as Master Teacher I.             

Sir Rolando Roa is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with specialization in Early Childhood Education at Centro Escolar University. He completed his academic requirements for MAED major in History Teaching at Philippine Normal University. He finished his Master’s Degree in Education major in Educational Management at City University of Pasay. For now, Sir Rolando is taking-up Doctor of Philosophy Major in Educational Policy and Administration at Unibersidad De Manila.

For 16 years, Sir Roland served both in private and public schools. In the span of those years he handled different grade levels. In his former school, Villamor Air Base Elementary School (VABES) he became an Araling Panlipunan Coordinator, BE Coordinator and SafeKids Coordinator. He was an active trainer/coach for various academics and sports competitions.

Aside from academics and sports involvement, the new PVES master teacher served in various associations as officer and president. Because of his dedication in his duty, Sir Rolando became a finalist of CJV Knights of Columbus Search for Outstanding Public Servants in Pasay City and Gawad Kagalingan sa Pagtuturo 2018.

PVES as an educational institution works hard to provide quality education to children.  In this vision, having quality educators is a vital factor. With this, the school welcomes Sir Roland as a new member of the faculty.
