On the 2nd of December, the school’s pride and joy took their first challenge to join the Pasayahin 2017 Drum and Lyre Street Dancing Competition. The long hours of practice paid off as they took the 5th place, together with Jose Rizal Elementary School, in the competition. They were continuously training to be the best drum and lyre band.

On the 14th of December, Pasay City West High School conducted their yearly outreach program at the school grounds. They gave food, New Testament Bible, and a poster about the 10 commandments.  It was an honor to listen to Rev. Gerardo G. Nable who gave a short and meaningful lecture. The school was very thankful to be chosen by Pasay City West High School as their beneficiary. The school were looking forward for this next year.

On the 15th of December, the much awaited Boy Scout Investiture was held at the school covered court. The long hours of practice paid off. Looking forward for boys who will be and/or continuously be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. An Exciting GSP Juniors Overnight Camp

From the 8th until the 9th of December, the GSP Juniors held their overnight camp at the school. They were led by their “Titas.” They were very eager to learn more about the organization and how to become the best Junior girl scout.. They were lucky to hear a meaningful talk from Tita Lea M. Marcelo as well. They earned knowledge about the importance of teamwork, friendship, and some survival tips. One of the most enjoyable activity they experienced was the campfire. They were ready to get more badges.

On the 21st of December, the school had its Culminating activity as the overall Christmas Party. It began with the breath-taking performance of our very own Drum and Lyre Band. It was followed by the awesome creative performances of each level. Everyone enjoyed the party. They gave thanks and prices to the learners and their parents who gave time and effort to make their awesome lanterns which were made of recycled materials.  Lastly, the teachers gave food and gifts to their adopted learners. The excitement and happiness on the learners’ faces were priceless. Truly, this was the month of loving and giving. Everyone was very happy.
